    Hi Pat,

    We met in Florida. I use MMSS. In the video 03/37/2009, you talk about connecting with the loss mitigator to get the SS accepted (early in the process). How do you contact to the loss mitigator at this point in the process, i.e. a loss mitigator is not normally assigned this early in the process. Maybe I’m missing something here. Thanks for the Friday Coffee Break sessions – they are super.
