Pat and Bob,
I really appreicate your comment that “option agreements” do not work. I keep hearing newer investors talking about this option agreement “alot” and realtor will not work with investors that want to use this option agreement. Any additional comments back on option agreements would be very beneficial to a lot of your subsribers.
