Hey Pat, As always great information. One quick follow-up, tho…. Is a verbal offer from the lender worth anything? Is it safe for the end buyer to move forward with their financing, knowing that all I have is a verbal approval on the short sale?
Thanks!

You come across as blunt, but I think brutally honest. Very informative and refreshing.
Thanks again
