We have been getting bombarded lately with questions about which end buyers lenders will write a loan without a 90 day seasoning requirement! Listen in as we go over the facts and the fiction of this “hot” topic. Also listen in as we go over how Obama’s new national short sale program will or will not affect the BPO or valuation process, whether or not a license will be required in each state in order to do loss mitigation work, whether or not you can get a business line of credit when you have bad credit and much more.  Visit www.FridayCoffeeBreak.com and www.ShortSaleDailyNews.com for more real estate specific videos and articles.

    Hi Patrick & Bob,
Thanks for the Coffee Break Information today, great as always.
I have enjoyed reading and listening to your information and I’m ready to sign up with you guys. At the prices most charge, and all good info, I have kept saying I can’t AFFORD it right now, I need to flip one of the short sales I’m working on. At $99/month how can I go wrong with your info and price, and after reading everything I can about your program and you two, I’m signing up today. I’ll make a PROFIT off my first short sale soon that will allow me to get your Flagship System. If I can’t afford the small fee you charge a month then I don’t need to be in the business.
Thank you for making your program affordable.
    Diana

I just started getting your Friday coffee breaks and enjoy them very much. One problem – the audio comes through very chopped up and is hard to understand much of the time. I believe this is my slow internet connection, but I can’t get any faster out here in the country. Is it possible for you to offer a choice between downloading the video or audio? I’m sure this would help.
    Thanks,
    Gary
