Hi Patrick,

I love what you and Bob are doing.

I understand the freshness of not prereading. Maybe their is a way to tell the person posting the question, to have others read his question before he sends it to you. The emailer may not realize that their question to you is not making sense. They need to know you are doing it on the fly and so they need to keep it simple short spurts and clear. This would allow you to nail it each time for them, and we would all get more out of it.

Thanks for all you do.

Please send my email to Jack (you read his questions on your last coffee Break) if he needs a mentor. I would be willing to help him out.
