I love it. I have a fantastic story of Wells Fargo that wants to close the short sale without an approval letter.

They called on Friday the 12th and want us to fund on Wednesday the 16th!! Now, they have had the file for 8 months, did 3 BPO’d and still haven’t issued an approval, but will close without it.

I love this country!!

There is too much background noise for me to hear. I have lost a lot of my hearing.
