Way to keep everyone on track. As you know, we have been investing for several years (and learned from you & Bob, THE Masters)!

I keep an eye on what is going on in the industry (both from an investor and Brokers standpoint). I watch some of the "stuff" out there just to see how saavy marketers are re-purposing and reselling information.
I actually caught part of the "new" note-buying/no flip webinar (and had to stop myself from sending in a comment to let them know what I really thought of their 'system' for just 997 to the first 20 lucky people!

There is sooooo much nonsense and regurgetated, half-baked, outdated strategies & systems being sold for thousands of dollars to unsuspecting "newbies" it's pathetic.

Gives new meaning to "buyer beware".

So, my advice, as always, is to only follow people who are actually doing what it is you want to do. This applies to much more than real estate investing information.

With that being said, it all boils down to what folks actually do with the information
they get (or buy).

Many of the self-promoted gurus are counting on the fact that a vast majority of people never even look at the information they purchase, much less actually do anything with it.

That rant is for another day.

Still love you guys and all the great info you share with the world.
