<p>In this weeks video Patrick Precourt of North Shore Enterprises gives us an update on what&#8217;s coming up in the next couple of weeks and announces the annual State of the Real Estate Investment Industry conference call that everyone is invited to. We&#8217;re going to talk about what changes we can expect in the preforeclosure industry and real estate investment in general and how the new presidency and legislation are going to affect our business.</p>
